Say Hello to Rudy, our first 2017 Pet of the Month!
Here is what Rudy’s humans told us about about their beautiful baby boy:
Rudy is a Hairless Chinese Crested, which means about 95% of his body is without hair. He has a little on his head, tail, and feet. Certainly not much hair but lots of pink and brown freckles.
He is 5-1/2 years old and doesn’t think much of cold Minnesota winters. He wears PJs and/or sweaters for much of the season.
He’s about 20 pounds of personality with facial expressions that make people smile. His favorite toy is (currently) a Kong treat called Wishbone. It will entertain him for a good while, but then he is highly committed to do what it takes for treats.
Rudy is a great loving dog who, while a challenge to keep him warm or sunblocked from summer sun; is worth the work!! He has me and his brother Ollie (another Chinese Crested but this time powder-puff) trained.
