DVM
Dr. Barlow was born and raised in rural northwestern Iowa. He attended Iowa State University and received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in 1994. He completed a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Boren Veterinary Teaching Hospital, Oklahoma State University, in 1996. Dr. Barlow moved to Minnesota in 1996 and worked at several small animal clinics in the Twin Cities. Dr. Barlow purchased Rockford Veterinary Clinic in 2002. Currently Dr. Barlow resides in Independence, MN with his daughter, two cats & the clinic mascot – Nelson, the Cava-Poo. He enjoys spending time with his daughter, cooking and gardening.
